We recently had the absolute pleasure of traveling from Negombo to Kandy and then from Kandy to Mirissa with our tour guide, Shantha from SerenDrive, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Sri Lanka. He also knew all the best places to stop along the way, including scenic viewpoints, authentic local restaurants, and hidden gems we would never have discovered on our own.

On top of everything, Shantha is a genuinely kind, friendly, and trustworthy person. He was always punctual, reliable, and greeted us with a warm smile every day. Traveling with him felt effortless and enjoyable—more like exploring with a knowledgeable local friend than simply hiring a driver.
